Giving Blooms™ — Beauty for the Spaces That Need It Most

Giving Blooms™ — Beauty for the Spaces That Need It Most

Some rooms hold the hardest moments of a person's life — and by policy, they're stripped of the one thing that might soften them. Fresh flowers.

Giving Blooms™ exists to change that.

What Giving Blooms™ is

Giving Blooms™ is our program for putting beauty back into the spaces that need it most. We craft handcrafted permanent botanical arrangements and place them in care environments where fresh flowers simply aren't allowed — hospitals, hospices, shelters, grief sanctuaries, and senior and youth communities. These are spaces stripped of beauty by policy, not preference. Giving Blooms™ gives it back.

Why these spaces can't have fresh flowers

It surprises most people. But in many care environments, live flowers are restricted for real reasons:

  • Infection control. Standing water grows bacteria; soil and pollen carry risk for immune-compromised patients.
  • Allergens. Pollen and fragrance can't be introduced where people are already vulnerable.
  • Decay. Wilting blooms mean organic matter, mold, and disposal — the opposite of what these rooms need.
  • Maintenance. Overstretched staff have no capacity to change water and tend arrangements.

Our permanent botanicals answer every one of those concerns. No water. No pollen. No decay. Wipe-clean and sanitizable. Zero maintenance. Just lasting, handcrafted beauty that can stay exactly where it's placed — for years. And because these environments call for it, arrangements made for our care partners are crafted fragrance-free, so nothing but the beauty enters the room.

How it works

Giving Blooms™ is built into how we do business — not bolted on.

Every purchase you make helps fund it. A portion of every order supports a handcrafted arrangement donated to a partner care space, so giving happens by default. And when you'd like to give directly, you can purchase an arrangement to be donated on your behalf — beauty sent exactly where it's needed most.

You don't have to opt in to be part of it. You already are.

Our inaugural 2026 partner: The Atlanta Grief House

We're honored to introduce our first Giving Blooms™ partner: The Atlanta Grief House at Legacy Park in Decatur — a sanctuary where grieving families come to do some of the most tender work there is.

It's a fitting first home for this program. The Grief House holds a deep belief that we are part of nature, not separate from it — that healing happens in connection with the natural world. Our botanicals bring that world indoors, into the rooms where families gather, without a single clinical concern. This spring, our arrangements take their place in the sanctuary's altar space — quiet, lasting beauty in a room built for reflection — with seasonal refreshes to follow as the year turns.

It's the beginning of something we've been building toward for a long time. And it's only the first.

Be part of it

Every Majira Wilds® piece you bring into your home helps bring beauty to someone in a room that needs it. That's the whole idea — creativity meeting compassion, artistry meeting intention.

Explore the collections, and know that what lasts in your space helps something last in someone else's.

Looks alive. Stays that way.

With gratitude,
Kasema
