Majira Wilds® Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Majira Wilds®, our creations are intentionally crafted, thoughtfully sourced, and often one-of-a-kind. Every piece is shaped by care — from the materials we choose to the way each item is held, wrapped, and sent into your home. Because of the nature of our studio work, our policy reflects both the uniqueness of each creation and our commitment to fair, transparent care for our customers.
- By placing an order, you agree to the policy outlined below:
1. Return Window (14 Business Days)
We offer a 14 business-day return window for eligible items.
This means you must contact us within 10 business days after your order has been delivered to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused, unworn, and unopened (where applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email hello@majirawilds.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for return
- Photos (if referencing damage or an incorrect item)
If approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization
- Instructions for sending the item back
- A prepaid return label (if applicable)
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the error is on our part.
- Return shipments must be mailed from within the United States.

2. One-of-a-Kind & Custom Pieces (Final Sale)
Many Majira Wilds® pieces — especially faux floral arrangements, botanical wall art, eco-printed fabrics, and select décor — are one-of-a-kind or made to order, blooming only once.
The following are Final Sale and non-returnable except for confirmed damage or defect upon arrival:
- One-of-a-kind arrangements
- One-of-a-kind botanical art
- Custom commissions
- Eco-printed fabric pieces (custom-dyed or customized)
- Products labeled as Final Sale, One-of-a-Kind, or Custom
- Samples or prototype pieces
If damage occurred during shipment, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of:
- The item
- All packaging
- The shipping box
We will repair, replace (if possible), or offer store credit/refund based on availability and discretion.
Your piece holds story and intention — and we will always honor that.
3. Cleansing + Scent Mist & Personal Care Products
Because these products are used on the body and crafted with sensitive aromatics, the following policies ensure safety and quality:
- Opened or used mists are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- To return a mist, it must be completely unopened, unused, and in sealed original packaging.
If a scent sensitivity or reaction occurs, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. While used products cannot be returned, we will always work with you to find a resolution.
Please store all mists away from heat, children, and pets.
4. Prints, Paper Goods & Standard Home Items
The following items may be eligible for return within the 10-business-day window:
- Non-custom Artfully Wild prints
- Stationery and paper goods (unopened)
- Standard, non-custom décor items
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened (where sealed)
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Free of marks, folds, or scent exposure
If an item is not in resellable condition, we may offer partial credit or decline the return.
5. Giving Blooms™, Donation-Based Items & Philanthropic Purchases
Because these offerings directly fund community givebacks — and in many cases, go straight to individuals, families, or charitable partners — the following applies:
- Giving Blooms™ items, donation-based products, and sponsored pieces are Final Sale.
- No returns or refunds are permitted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Donations themselves are not refundable.
For damaged Giving Blooms™ items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
6. Sale Items, Promotional Discounts & Gift Cards
The following are Final Sale:
- All sale and clearance items
- Items purchased with a Final Sale promotional code
- Gift cards
- Workshop tickets or event-based experiences (unless canceled by us)
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Damages, Mistakes & Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- A brief description of the issue
After review, we will determine the appropriate remedy:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Store credit
- Refund
Please retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved, as carriers may require it for claims.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
If you would like a different item:
- Request a return for the eligible item.
- Once approved and refunded, place a new order at your convenience.
9. U.S. Shipping Only
Majira Wilds® currently ships within the United States only.
We do not accept returns sent from outside the U.S.
10. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for processing.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please email us at hello@majirawilds.com.
11. Policy Updates
Majira Wilds® may update this policy at any time.
Any changes will apply to orders placed after the update date.
