Shipping available within the United States only
At Majira Wilds®, every piece is wrapped, prepared, and sent with care. Because many of our creations are one-of-a-kind or crafted in small batches, our shipping process reflects both the unique nature of our products and our commitment to an intentional, thoughtful customer experience.
This Shipping Policy describes how and when your order will be processed, packed, and delivered.
1. Where We Ship
Majira Wilds® currently ships to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary depending on the product type:

Standard Items (prints, paper goods, décor, accessories)
- 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

One-of-a-Kind Floral Arrangements + Botanical Art Pieces
- 3–7 business days, as these pieces require careful handling and protective packaging.

Cleansing + Scent Mists & Personal Care Products
- 2–4 business days, with additional packaging steps to ensure safe transit.

Pre-orders, Custom, or Made-to-Order Pieces
- Processing times will be listed on the product page.
- Custom creations may require 1–3 weeks depending on materials and design complexity.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Delivery timelines vary by carrier but generally fall within:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Please note that carrier delays (weather, seasonal volume, service disruptions) may extend these timelines.
4. Sustainable Packaging
In alignment with our commitment to nature and intentional design, Majira Wilds® uses:
- Recycled and recyclable packaging
- Minimal plastics
- Protective materials chosen to safeguard delicate artwork and florals
Whenever possible, we package thoughtfully to reduce waste while preserving the integrity of your piece.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery window
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier receives the package.
6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Majira Wilds® is not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@majirawilds.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it.
If it has already shipped, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:
- Please wait 24–48 hours (carriers occasionally scan early).
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation.
If the package still cannot be found:
- Contact the carrier to open a missing mail or package trace investigation.
- Then email us at hello@majirawilds.com with the case number and your order details.
While we cannot refund or replace stolen packages, we will support you through the carrier investigation process and help where possible.
If a package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), we will work directly with the carrier and offer replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the item type and availability.
8. Shipping for One-of-a-Kind & Fragile Items
Many Majira Wilds® creations are delicate, hand-designed, and truly one-of-a-kind.
To protect your piece:
- We use reinforced packaging
- Certain items may ship separately
- Oversized or uniquely shaped items may require a signature upon delivery
If a signature is required, you will be notified in your shipping confirmation.
9. In-Person Event & Pop-Up Purchases
Items purchased at in-person events or pop-ups:
- Must be taken home at the time of purchase
- Are not eligible for shipping unless explicitly stated
- May require scheduling for secure pickup if arranged in advance
Shipping from in-person events is only available on select items and will be clearly indicated at the booth or checkout.
10. Pre-Order & Backorder Shipping
If your order contains a pre-order or backordered item:
- The full order may ship once all items are available
- Or select items may ship separately (depending on weight and packaging needs)
Details will be included on the product page or checkout.
11. Shipping & Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
