What is Majira Wilds®?

Majira Wilds® was born from a deep love of nature, timeless design, and the belief that beauty should leave the world better than it found it.

"Majira," the Swahili word for seasons, reminds us that everything beautiful unfolds in its own time. "Wilds" speaks to the raw, organic elegance of nature—the kind that inspires every bloom we create.

We design one-of-a-kind, premium, sustainable faux floral arrangements and botanical art inspired by nature's textures, colors, and cycles.
Everything we create is made to last—both in form and in feeling.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can checkout as a guest.
Creating an account allows you to:

  • View order history
  • Save shipping details
  • Track purchases
  • Access special releases (when available)

Can I modify or cancel an order?

We begin processing quickly, so changes are not always possible.
Email us immediately at hello@majirawilds.com and we'll assist if the order hasn't shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.

Are your pieces really one-of-a-kind?

Yes. Many floral designs, botanical artworks, eco-printed textiles, and seasonal pieces are created once and never recreated exactly the same.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?

We photograph each piece carefully, but slight differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting
  • Screen color variations
  • Handmade processes
  • Natural botanical variation

These are not defects — they are part of the beauty of natural-inspired design.

Do you offer custom floral arrangements or art?

Yes, seasonally. Custom pieces require extended timelines and are Final Sale.

How do I care for my faux florals or botanical art?

To extend their beauty:

  • Keep away from direct sunlight
  • Dust gently with a soft cloth
  • Avoid moisture or cleaning sprays

How do I care for eco-printed textiles?

Eco-prints are created using natural botanicals.
We recommend:

  • Gentle cold wash or hand wash
  • Mild detergent
  • Air dry only
  • Avoid prolonged direct sun to preserve color
🌬️ CLEANSING + SCENT MISTS

What are the mists made of?

A studio-crafted blend of distilled water, essential oils, botanical ingredients, and witch hazel.

Are the mists safe on skin or fabrics?

They are created for air and linen use.
We recommend:

  • Patch testing fabrics
  • Avoiding direct contact with eyes or skin
  • Keeping away from children and pets

What if I experience sensitivity?

Discontinue use immediately and contact us.
Opened mists cannot be returned.

📦 SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping begins after processing.

Processing Times:

  • Standard items: 2–4 business days
  • One-of-a-kind florals & botanical art: 3–7 business days
  • Custom work: Timeline listed on product page
  • Mists & self-care items: 2–4 business days

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited (when available): 2–3 business days

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

My order says "Delivered" but it's not here. What do I do?

Please:

  • Wait 24–48 hours
  • Check with neighbors/building management
  • Confirm the address in your order

If still missing:

  • Contact the carrier to open an investigation
  • Then email us with the case number

We'll support you, though we cannot replace stolen packages.

🔄 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on eligible items within 10 business days of delivery.

Eligible returns must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened (when applicable)
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

What items are FINAL SALE?

  • One-of-a-kind arrangements
  • Botanical art (originals)
  • Eco-printed textile pieces
  • Custom work
  • Samples or prototypes
  • Donation-based products (e.g., Giving Blooms™)
  • Opened or used Cleansing + Scent Mists
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Event or workshop tickets (unless canceled by us)

How do I start a return?

Email hello@majirawilds.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you'd like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if referencing damage

If approved, we'll send instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not.
To exchange, return the eligible item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No.
Return shipping may also be deducted unless the error is ours.

How do donation-based purchases work?

Certain collections directly support community giving.
Details are provided on each product page.

These items are Final Sale, and donation amounts are not refundable.

Do I receive a tax receipt?

Not unless explicitly stated on the product page.

🧺 EVENTS & POP-UPS

Can I ship items purchased at a pop-up?

Most items must be taken home at the time of purchase.
Select items may allow shipping — this will be clearly indicated at the event.

Can I return items purchased at an event?

Yes, if the item is return-eligible.
Final Sale items remain Final Sale.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
You will still receive essential order and shipping notifications.

How is my data used?

We use your information to process orders, improve your experience, and send communications when permitted.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us within 3 business days with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of all packaging + shipping box
  • Your order number

We will review and determine whether repair, replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
