How does the custom design process work?
Every custom piece begins with your space, your story, and your season.
After submitting your inquiry form (including inspiration images and design details), we review your request and respond with:
• Initial design direction
• Estimated investment range
• Timeline confirmation
Once your 40% deposit is received, your design enters production.
What do I need to submit for a personal custom order?
To ensure your piece feels intentional and tailored, we require:
• 3 style images (1 top inspiration + 2 additional references)
• Your 3 favorite flowers
• Where the arrangement will live (room + surface + why)
We design based on environment and energy — not just aesthetics.
Do you offer wedding and corporate floral design?
Yes. We create custom faux floral designs for:

Because each piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale.
We work collaboratively upfront to ensure alignment before production begins.
How long does a custom design take?
Personal arrangements typically require:10–21 business days depending on size and complexity.
Weddings and corporate installations may require: 3–8 weeks depending on scale.
We recommend inquiring early for event-based projects.
