Our Daisy Ornament is hand-formed from upcycled magazines into the most cheerful flower there is: a ring of coiled petals around a sunny center. It's a bit of summer you can hang in the middle of winter.
Each strip of reclaimed magazine paper is rolled and shaped by hand, then set into place one coil at a time, from the center out to the tips of the petals. Because every piece is made from different printed materials, no two patterns repeat. No two grains match. Each one carries its own subtle story.
It's made for the tree, but it brightens more than that. Tuck it into a wreath, tie it onto a gift as a keepsake topper, or hang it in a sunny window, on a mirror frame, or from a bare branch in a vase.
